I am a mom of 4 and grandma of 7. I am on year 4 of my run streak. I met my goal Nov 19, 2022 and qualified for Boston. I obviously love running. I hate gels and chews and have switched over to real food. I eat Picky Bars pre run, for fuel on trail runs, and for recovery. I believe in the product. I also am on year 8 of using the Believe Training Journals.
