I'm a deep thinker, dreamer, parent, ((grandparent!!)), triathlete, trail runner, cyclist and hiker. I take every opportunity to be outside whether it be enjoying urban green spaces or mountain paths. I love the solo runs to clear my head and the group hikes to chat and catch up with friends.
