I'm a full time working mom of 2. I've been running off and on for over 10 years, and about a year ago, I really found my groove. I'm a proud slow runner and believer in embracing your pace. I've never been an athlete in my life, and running has given me the joy of competing- against myself! I feel so powerful, capable, and in awe of what my body can do when I run. Running truly is for everybody and every body. Distance running is my happy place. I'm registered to take on my first Marathon in April of next year, and have a half marathon at the beginning of October.
