I'm born and raised in Guatemala, moved on a diversity visa to NY 8 years ago. I was a swimmer in high-school and 9 years ago I started cycling. Cycling is my dad's biggest passion but he stopped practicing for about 20 years since one of his best friends passed on a hit and run accident. Then in 2013 I asked him to go with me to the bike shop and we both started cycling again. He still lives in Guatemala, I have become a certified multi-sport coach and mostly coach cycling for TriLatino.
