Former college soccer player. Starting biking at 40. Biked about 5 years before retiring from competitive soccer and about 15 years ago starting triathlon. September 4, 2015 had a triple bypass ( bad genes), completed Lifetime Tri in South Beach 7 months later. Generally done a lot of races within a couple of hours from my home each year. Travel more for running races with my wife who is more of a runner. Sprinkle in some swim events where they fit into the training schedule.
