I'm a 43 year old mom of two, wife, business owner, runner, chocolate fanatic, and former Ironman triathlete (finished in 12:01 at IMAZ 2009). I'm originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but have called Southern California home for 21 years. I've been running since I was 14, and two of my favorite people in this world are my high school and college cross-country and track coaches. Running is everything to me; it's what makes me me. I qualified for the 2023 Boston Marathon, and I'm getting back to triathlon (will be racing the May 2023 Subaru Ironman Victoria 70.3). For my day job, I'm a social impact consultant, which means I work with companies and nonprofits and help them form partnerships and do more good. Before I launched my own business, I ran a corporate foundation for a global investment management firm. My kids are 11 and 9, and our family loves to be outside and play. In 2022, we took a two-month family sabbatical and traveled through Ecuador and Peru. Besides running more of the marathon majors and getting into trail running, one of my goals in life is to meet Oprah. Full stop.
