I eat bars for fun, just snacking in my living room. Some view granola purely as “fuel” but I eat nuts and oats and chocolate daily regardless of my activities. I am an outdoorsy bookworm who loves exploring and pushing my limits. I never considered myself an athlete. I started doing HIIT outside before work as a social activity, then worked my way up to half marathon races. I thruhiked the Pacific Crest Trail in 2019 and I’ve been chasing big adventures ever since. I branched out to climbing recently and think there’s a wonderful overlap with the hiking, trail running and climbing communities.
