Hello! I am an avid runner, mostly marathon distance, a cross-fitter and a ‘rower’ but only on concept2 ergs. I am a chemistry professor at Rhodes College. In the last few years I have started coaching CrossFit, started the Rhodes Running club for students, faculty and staff and have most recently started coaching a run training group. I only found picky bars because of the Strava challenge this summer but I absolutely love the bars, granola and oatmeal! The oatmeal is my special treat after long runs, I like to mix in extra nuts and cinnamon peanut butter.
