I’m a recreational runner with two daughters, married, and a full time job. In the past few years I’ve taken up cycling and camping. My goal is to be more active in swimming and work my way up to a triathlon. I’ve tried to pass down my love of the outdoors to my children and have them appreciate all that nature has to offer.
