Grew up in Minnesota, graduated from Dartmouth College, have lived in Marblehead, MA for 40 years and raised five great kids here. Have worked in advertising and then later as a development officer at a Boston Hospital, always as a very-involved-in-everything volunteer. During the pandemic I worked full-time at Partners In Health with the Covid-19 response here in Massachusetts. Love to run, have recently run 14 marathons and many other races. Ran a PB at Boston Marathon 2022 in 3:25:55, but bettered that at the 2022 London Marathon with a time of 3:24:02, placing sixth in my AG in the WMM Age Group World Championships. Going for Abbott WMM Six Star Medal as well, with Berlin up next fall as my 5th star. Training now for my 10th straight Boston and as always raising funds for Mass Eye and Ear Hospital - to date I have raised over $265,000 by running the marathon. Love to be active and outdoors, and to eat healthy. Skiing powder is one of my dearest loves. First learned about Picky Bars through my eldest daughter who lives in Aspen, CO. Sold!
